You just struck out for the next five innings. But it didn't get me! Hobbes pitches a ball to Calvin.
Calvin sees the ball has teeth, so he swings several times at the ball. Hobbes tells him he just struck out for the next five innings. Exhausted, Calvin says at least the ball didn't get him.
